’ve been using the Epic replacement filter (models B01J2LHFMI) for a few weeks now in my Epic Pure pitcher, and overall I’m very pleased with the results. What I love: -Superior filtration & taste – The difference in taste is noticeable. Chlorine taste is gone, and the water feels smoother and more refreshing—my family and guests have commented on it too. -Broad contaminant removal – It’s certified to remove up to 99.99% of lead, chlorine, fluoride, PFAS/“forever chemicals,” heavy metals, microplastics, and more. -Eco‑friendly & cost‑effective – Filters up to 150 gallons before needing replacement, which cuts back on bottled water usage. Plus, Epic offers a 100% recyclable filter-return program. -Reliable certifications – It exceeds NSF/ANSI standards (42, 53, 401 & P473), so I feel confident about the water quality. A couple of small downsides: -Slower flow – It’s not as fast as a Brita filter, but honestly, that’s just the tradeoff for better filtration. I don’t mind the extra wait for purer water . -Plastic pitcher concern – The pitcher itself is plastic, which made me wonder about potential leaching—but my tests so far haven’t shown any issues, and the clean taste makes it easy to overlook. Bottom line: If you're looking for a filter that genuinely improves taste, removes a wide range of contaminants, and aligns with eco-conscious values, this is a strong option. It's a bit pricier than standard replacements, but the improved performance and sustainability perks are worth it for me.

I really like this pitcher as it removes 99% of plastics and contaminates. It is made of medical grade plastic. Easy to use and has an indicater that tells you when to change filter. I feel if you have city water you must have a good filter for your water.

This filter is a complete fraud. I'm not sure what epic filters did or who bought them out but this filter does not filter anything. Water passes through it instantly and the water tastes like the worst hose water you would drink as a kid. The other reviews stating the same must be true because this is my experience as well. I've had this pitcher for ar last 3 years and the old filters were great. Something happened though. These are different. They fill up way too fast showing they're not really filtering and they taste awful. This is false advertisement and could be a health hazard. I think some legal action should be organized as this could be a huge health hazard. I bought the filter ahead of time a couple months ago so I was stocked up. I just opened it this week and the filter has not worked at all through several pitchers of filling and priming the filter. I'm going to have the water tested and compared to the tap water that it's filtering. I'm sure there will be no difference. DO NOT BUY THESE FILTERS. THEY'RE STEALING $56 DOLLARS FROM YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THIS IS FRAUD. I'm outside of my return window but I will be seeking some form of recourse. This is unacceptable and morally wrong. This was a great company prior to whatever has changed. I'll be buying a new pitcher from a different brand. If you value your health and your money, stay far away from this company. I will be sharing the test results with Amazon.

I purchased an Epic water filter pitcher last fall and this was my secon filter replacement. I’ll be replacing the filter tomorrow. I love this system. The filters seem expensive but it is worth it because the wat tastes so much better than the Britta system I was using. My dog gets that water now until that filter is used up and then I will keep the pitcher I guess but no more of their filters.

Seems to work well but is expensive.

For years we bought gallon jugs of purified water and carried them home, we are both in our 70's and that was a lot to lift along with our groceries, I did some research and decided to buy the Epic water canister ( the large one) we are leaving it on the counter, next to the sink... with making coffee and cooking we are using a 1 to 1 1/2 gallons daily, We get our glasses of water from there also, The taste to me is better than refrigerated. I did an experiment and poured 2 glasses of Publix purified and 2 of my new Epic, marked bottom of glasses to which was in glass, lol NEITHER one of us could tell the difference from the two. wonderful.... I just ordered and received my new replacement cartridge.....June 20th will be 3 months and I plan to just do the 3 month change out, the water is crystal clear, taste just as good and the counter on the canister says its half used. NOW I am cleaning the system every 2 wks. with light vinegar and water like instructions say in first set up. IT IS Very important to let it TOTALLY DRY so that the white ring in the cartridge makes the best seal when refilling the water canister.....My husband and I love this and wish we'd bought it a long time ago. WE also fully give it 5 stars and have showed it to all our family and friends that have visited. EPIC PURE thank you, keep up the good work!!! :) I seldom write reviews but this was a MUST for me!

I will only buy this brand name. I tried another after market brand that fit well in the pitcher but continued to make a film in the water. Water taste better using this filter. I also feel it is the safest if you want to make sure the filter does what it says it will do. Better to pay a little more and protect your family

注文から３ヶ月が過ぎても商品が届きません。注文履歴をみるとずっと配送中となっていて、配送業者へ問い合わせができるかのようなボタンがありますが、そこを開いてもずらっと出る一覧から探せないし（注文履歴にある配送業者の名前は一覧にありますが支社ごとに連絡先が分かれていて、この商品を配達を請け負った業者がどの支社なのか不明）、メールでの問い合わせにもいっこうに返信がないし…あまりにもひどいのではないでしょうか。このフィルターがないとまるでピッチャーが使えないし、もう一度注文しても同じことが起きるでしょうし、かといってamazonの他で買える場所もわからないし。もしEpic waterの公式ウェブサイトから注文して届いたという方がいらっしゃったら教えてください（海外のHPなので不安…）。

Poor Quality. Bought the nano type previously which lasted 8 weeks. Will not buy again.

I've used many water filters in my life - especially living in Florida where tap water takes like swamp runoff. I must say, I was worried when going with Epic Water because of how expensive the filter is, but after using it I must say it's worth every penny. The water filters slowly and you can taste/see a massive difference. In the tap water where I'm living now, there is a chlorine and paraben taste in unfiltered tap water; the Epic filter removes these completely! The filter also lasts for months, so it's definitely affordable at the price.
