I got the Gummy Worm flavor, thinking it was actually gummies and not a powder (my dummy moment)! Forward, on day 1 (yesterday), I placed 1 scoop in 8 oz of water, and didn't feel or notice any adverse side effects. Taste was not too bad, but not my preference. I sent pics (the ones here) to my sis to let her know I purchased it...Took some time to fully dissolve after stirring. In spite of the fact that I took it late in the afternoon while wfh on the computer. It did seem however to have caused me to stay up way longer at night, much longer than I would've preferred, but no real discomfort. This morning, I woke up with a headache, but that happens to me often, so can't really connect it to Lit. Fast forward, I took it moments before (this review) and felt the most excruciating, almost indescribable feeling. The closest event that I can compare this to is when I was in labor (3 x's) and was administered epidural. I didn't feel the involuntary itching, which is a common effect from epidural, but mostly this random "needling" throughout my body! Digressing, I mixed 1 scoop with 8-9 ounces of water from my cooler (like yesterday), drank it up at a reasonable rate, and upon drinking it I sat down to assemble a new shelving I bought. Then Outta nowhere, I started getting these BURST of needling (in groups!!) just randomly throughout my body. I tried to brush it off the first minute, but it increased rapidly! It felt like concentrated doses hit throughout my legs, my arms, even the bottom of my feet!!! I started to make involuntary noises from the pain and confusion!!! I thought it would never stop!!!! it lasted for at least 30-40 mins. I kept active throughout (pacing back and forth, jumping jacks, leg lifts, jogging in place), but I couldn't stop myself from rapidly rubbing my legs and arms--in an unconscious attempt to try and "catch" the needling throughout my entire body. I wanted to rip my skin off so it could just cease. I texted my sister and cussed her the eff out! Pleaded to her for help or advise to make this stop! She admitted that she felt this experience once before, but she thought it was "just her" (...thanks a LOT sis!!!)! My husband laughed and said he can only imagine what ppl who take heroin or crack go through!!! then he proceeded to record me, like the evil man that he truly is!!! But I could not stop him because of the unexpected uncontrollable pain and rapid breathing throughout my forever-episode... which likely contributed to my increased body heat, and added to my embarrassing panic. I couldn't even hold my composure for my kids, in which my 9 yo end up YouTubing "calm" sounds for me on the tv. The only thing I could think of was to "flush" it out by drinking cold water, and to cool my rising temp down. As the feeling started to subside (40+ mins later) I was deeply compelled, basically obligated, to write this review. GOOD LUCK if you take this! I am not the typical "side-effect" person... 1 full day, and 2 scoops later, I am giving away the rest of this to my crazy @ss sister who is okay with chancing this experience again. One and done for me ya'll!!!!!! (Perhaps a good to know: I am 5'2.5", overweight [under 200 lbs], moderately active, but def not an "exerciser"... I ate lunch 15 mins before I consumed Lit today...
