Great product and holds razor and shaving brush so they can dry out. The look is awesome and it is a very sturdy stand. I highly suggest this if you need a stand to organize and hold your shaving items.

I recently purchased a DIFFERENT razor/brush holder from Amazon but it arrived damaged due to packaging, so I had to return it. I decided to look for something different (more sturdy and not chrome colored) and ran across this one. There weren't any reviews yet and I wasn't familiar with the brand, but I figured I'd give it a shot as it looked like what I wanted. It arrived today (2 days before the expected delivery window) from Gentleman Jon. Well packaged and intact. I am VERY happy with this stand and recommend it to others. It's very sturdy and I have no concerns of it breaking on me. My only concern about the stand is that the base has a soft, padding like surface on the bottom. The area on my small sink where the stand will sit often gets splashed with water, soap etc and I'm concerned the base material may eventually become damaged due to this. This is entirely speculation though so still 5 stars and I'll cut out a small piece of cork board to set it on. :) Update: After almost a year of using this stand daily, I still couldn't be more pleased. There hasn't been any issues with the base at all and I don't have it on a coaster anymore (although I do try to keep the counter dry where the stand is located). The metal finish gets dulled by water spots, but shines up quickly with a cloth. Update: 3 1/2 years after purchase... I just realized I can use this to hold two razors! I'm considering buying at least one more. This one has been great. The finish is finally showing signs of wear, mainly from the abrasive cleaners used when cleaning it very irregularly. Structurally it's the best though. Three thumbs up, one for each year! Update: Sadly my shaving stand got lost in my last move and I've been without it for over a year. A large portion of it was traveling so I didn't really have space for it, but now that I do I have found myself really missing it. Replacement has been ordered and I didn't even bother looking at other brands. Hopefully this is the same as the original.

Looks great in the gunmetal finish. It doesn’t tip over, and it also fits in my medicine cabinet. I got it for a Rockwell T2. The T2 doesn’t sit on the bottom of the razors head because the selection dial is too thick. However, It does fit perfectly using the groove under the selector dial. Very easy to take off and put on the razor and boar brush. Great shaving stand for the price. I would recommend it, just make sure your razors handle isn’t too thick. Would have given 5 stars if the razor holder opening was bigger.

Oh, and did I mention it is a great value for your money? I looked at many stands, and the more I looked, the more I returned to give this Gentleman Jon Shaving Stand another look, and the gunmetal finish will look equally in any bathroom or with any brush and razor hanging on it. So, if you’re looking to buy your first stand or a replacement one, go ahead and get this one, you’ll find you made the right decision.

Before this, my razor and brush situation could best be described as “wherever they ended up.” Then I set this stand on the counter. Immediately, everything had a place. Razor upright. Dimensions of the brush and razor openings are 1.05 and 0.446 inches respectively. I love the gunmetal color. This was the only stand I could find in that color. It matches my Rockwell 6C razor very well.

Armature is manufactured improperly. The divot that is supposed securely hold the razor (which is FABULOUS) when installed racing upwards, leaves the brush stops pointing down… check out the video
