I have the whole set of these but this small one is my favorite. It's easy to pack so I take it on all of my travels and there's one at my office, too. It helps me to flex my upper back and shoulders during long days of driving or hunching over the computer, alleviating various overuse pain. I've also found that using it regularly helps me to realign the bad posture I've developed from sticking my neck out all day while I drive or stare at the screen, so I can attest to its effectiveness. Aside from this tool, I also have multiple different rollers and stretching tools, but this one is still my favorite. I've had my original set for over 3 years now and it still works perfectly; these are made to last!

Fits perfectly in between the shoulder blades. Comfortable and effective for me and our son so works for multiple sized people.

This has been wonderful on my neck. I thought it was going to roll like the other ones but it works better to just position my neck and give me a break from the pain. I use it daily. I can roll it on my back.

Much more intense muscle targeting. I love this thing. I use it twice a day and it really helps to roll out tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. I bought the 4” for travel and it really helped. Great product. I’ve been using it for almost 6 months now and it hold up way better than a traditional foam roller.

Perfect size for travel! I was worried how I was going to release knots in my shoulders on our upcoming 2 week trip to Europe. Here is the answer! I've already tried it out at home to make sure it would do what I need it to do...and it did!! Love my 3-piece Chirp wheels at home and this little item means I can take relief on the road!!

I've had the first three sizes since the Kickstarter and I've traveled with the small but bigger than travel one for three years. And I live and die by having it by my side to pop my back. This new super small one was just too small. It was difficult to keep my back straight enough to not drag on the floor. And my shirt was getting rolled over Everytime. Still a quality product but I will be exchanging it for the next size up.

This thing is amazazing!!! I weigh about 300 lbs, but I still get around. Anyway, I HAD the worst lower back pain nearly everywhere I went. I have used this about a week, not only was the pain instantly gone, the more I use it the less it comes back. My back feels amazing!!!! However, if you have back pain from an injury, I would talk to your doctor.

I love my chirp wheel. I will get more sizes once I settle into my new home. This size is great on my low to mid back that tends to be stiff when I get out of bed and after a long day at work. The rubber outer shell helps keep the wheel in place and doesn't slide/slip out of place like how foam rollers do on carpet. Not the wheel. It stays where you want it and allows for better traction. I usually get some good pops on my spine that is oh-so delicious. Very happy. Another thing, different than a foam roller is the little dip in the wheel for the spine so when you're rolling out your back, your spine is safe. The bigger you go in size, the more stretch you will get. The smaller sizes go deeper on the spinal muscles.

I like the smaller size to really pinpoint sore areas. Great for my back and hips.

Even though I knew dimensions the largest one is too large for me to comfortably use. Otherwise great product.
