It's Huge
This thing is huge. Item is as described. Read the dimensions. It's great. For my taste it's a little too big for yoga. I use it as a general stretch and exercise mat. Too thick and too big to be a daily user.

Piece of Mindfulness
Durable and rugged. Have been using this for months now and at over 200# there's no deterioration or compression of the material. Recomend the extra thickness not only for comfort but also for durability.

Thicker than most yoga mats, medium soft. My husband occasionally falls asleep on this mat so it must be comfortable enough. I could see taking it on a camping trip and using underneath a sleeping bag.
