Review: First time it worked - It worked seemlessly th he first time. Once I had my wifi updated it has never worked. Heck sometimes even the button to.hold and restart doesn't work. Very frustrating ecosystem. I reckon get something other than Aqara.

A: The Hub E1 is only compatible with Aqara brand Zigbee devices, not third-party Zigbee devices.

**Q: How do l connect the Aqara Hub E1 to the Internet via Wi-Fi?**
A: The hub E1 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-fi networks. If you are using a dual-band router, please turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi network before adding the hub. Note. Wi-Fi 6 is not supported.

**Q: How to connect to Apple home?**
A: Plug the Hub E1 into a USB power source and wait for the yellow light to flash quickly. Ensure your phone is on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and both E1 and iOS are updated. Open the Apple Home app, tap “Add Accessory,” and scan or enter the HomeKit code.

It worked seemlessly th he first time. Once I had my wifi updated it has never worked. Heck sometimes even the button to.hold and restart doesn't work. Very frustrating ecosystem. I reckon get something other than Aqara.

sono possessore di alcune altre periferiche smart e questo prodotto Aqara si é aggiunto alla collezione. Facile da installare a patto di avere una presa USB dedicata per l'alimentazione. Sono riuscito ad installarlo ed a collegare il sensore temperatura, comprato sempre su amazon, senza la necessità di consultare il manuale (oltretutto scritto con caratteri microscopici); necessario installare l'app per avere un controllo totale sull'hub e sulle periferiche ad esso collegate. Per chi usa homekit di apple l'app diventa superflua nell'utilizzo quotidiano, e l'integrazione é perfetta. La periferica é orientabile ed utilizza il protocollo zigbee per connettersi con i vari componenti della famiglia Aqara. Tradotto : non pensate di installare troppo lontano i vari componenti o potrebbe perdersi il segnale. In ogni caso i 10 metri di distanza li regge tranquillamente, anche con qualche muro non troppo spesso nel mezzo. Consiglio quindi l'acquisto se si vuole un hub economico altrimenti se siete interessati ad avere anche una telecamera di sorveglianza vi consiglio di comprare Aqara Camera Hub G2H Pro che fa anche da hub. Costa di più ma avete due funzioni integrate. L'ho regalato e sembrare funzionare bene
