Good to take if your on Statins
Doctor recommended to my Uncle while he is on Statins as they deplete Coenzyme Q-10. So far he has had no side effects form the statins like he did in the past.

I have been using Andrew Lessman vitamins for years.I trust the brand.The vitamins work well with no stomach problems and are easy to swallow.I do have more energy while taking this vitamin.The costs are high but I believe they are a good quality
