Again LeJoy customer service engaged with me and sent videos showing how to resolve - which I followed to the letter.So even with any collision sensors being in the machine I am still hearing the same message and it won't work.Customer service have stopped responding to me emails and trying to contact them through their website to claim a warranty return has been impossible.I am very disappointed that this was such a bad purchase - AVOID! ### ⭐ Prima Staubsauger, der das Leben leichter macht *by S***N on Reviewed in Germany on 12 April 2021* Ich habe lange gebraucht um mich mit einem Staubsaugroboter anzufreunden, nun habe ich mir doch einen bestellt und bin ganz angetan.Der Roboter saugt zuverlässig und bringt eine Grundsauberkeit in die Wohnung, die das normale putzen und wischen zwar nicht hinfällig machen, aber doch deutlich erleichtert.Das Gerät ist etwas laut aber da man die Saugzeiten programmieren kann, saugt er meistens, wenn ich nicht im Haus bin, das ist also vollkommen ok. Die Saugleistung ist auf Laminat gut, auf einem Kurzhaarteppich ebenfalls.Die App funktioniert nach anfänglichem Hin und Her ganz gut. Man muss sich allerdings etwas damit beschäftigen. Anschließend geht es. Darin kann man dann Saugzonen oder verschiedene Modi einstellen, die der Roboter abarbeitet.Kurzum bin ich zufrieden mit dem Gerät und freue mich über die Sauberkeit.
