Get Well Soon, Spot

Got this for my grandson when he was sick. Now he gets it out every time I’m there.

This book was the perfect bedtime story for my little who was incredibly sick for about a week. I used the story to help explain to him that everyone gets sick sometimes, and even though it’s no fun to be very sick, we get better with rest and will be back to being well in no time.

Delightful book which makes a sad topic "happier" when friends come along to cheer up Spot.

I love spot and so does my son. The book is very very short. Possibly a good book for early stages of learning to read but not for bed time story telling/reading time.

We normally love spot but this book does not make sense. If spot is sick, why would his friends stop by his house and be playing with him? If someone is sick, he should not be sharing ice cream in the play room with his friends. That is the best way to get everyone sick. When kids are sick they should not be playing with their friends! Come on ERIC HILL!

Excellent kids book. Great for teaching them how to read.

We love the SPOT series but this book was a bit disappointing. We thought it would talk about taking medicines on time to get well soon or taking SPOT to the doc or about taking his temperature etc. instead it only talks about SPOT’s friends coming over to make him feel better. The other books in the series are much better.

Great addition to other Spot titles.

My 30 year old son loved Spot as a child, when he was ill recently, i had to send Get Well Soon Spot.

Absolutely lovely as always and my 2 year old really enjoyed it again - it was a library favourite. Just be prepared that it's the US version so Mum is spelt "Mom".
