I purchased these bushing guides for templates and flush trim jobs. I was concerned they might not fit my router base plate, because Skil routers weren't mentioned specifically as compatible.They fit the RT1322 Skil Router perfectly.I've been using a flush trim bit with a bearing and find they don't hold up well over time. These guides are sturdier, and will give me more confidence to attempt dovetails in a jig. The inside box cover gives you the precise dimensions required to calculate offset for each guide. There is an extra screw ring included. It's simple to fix the guide to your router base.I know this product will push me to find other uses. Drilling holes in precise locations, on jobs too large for my drill press, is my first. Thanks for a great product that will expand my capabilities.

Guides worked well in my Porter Cable old router.

The bushing seem well made and the case is pretty good. Unfortunately these dont fit the stock base on the Dewalt 20V router. Rather than state which brands it fits, the manufacturer should state the hole size needed in the router base. I found a replacement router base for $10 on Amazon that solves the problem.

I needed a bushing that fit the Porter Cable dovetail jig for one of my routers. This set includes the proper bushing plus some others that I hope to use in the future. I can only comment on the accuracy of the Porter Cable size, but that one was good. The set comes in a nice plastic container. Other sets I was looking at did not have the proper diameter bushing, and these are reasonably priced.

I have Bosch plunge router and they fit with the adapter that you put on router base. I bought these guides to replace the Leigh E-7 and other Leigh router guides . Leigh router guides break easily and my Leigh dovetail bit was damaged when the guide broke. Leigh router guides are overrated because the guide part breaks easily. These guide bushings are built to last and they work perfectly on Leigh jigs. The adjustable part of the Leigh jig is not necessary. You can get perfect fitting joints using this guide set.

I was looking elsewhere and had commited to buying at double this price (close to $40). I could not get the competitors 10% coupon code to apply which led me to look to Amazon. When I found this deal I jumped on it. I have been using this tool to guide cuts through 3/4 to 2 inch softwoods and it is amazing. Only feedback would be to maybe include a guide pin but it is no big deal. I can't believe how great the prices are on good tools these days. Really helps me get the job done right and move on to the next task quickly. Good stuff.

I purchased these and the plunge base at the same time to rebuild some wood shutters. Worked perfectly together.

I discovered that one of the small bushings was severely damaged (see image) about a month after Amazon's return window expired. Powertec was quick to respond back that they would look around to see if they had this bushing laying around (not in a completed set) to send me. They got back to me (again pretty quickly) only to say that they couldn't find one and that they'd be unable to replace my damaged one. I'm disappointed that they are unable to coordinate with their manufacturer to eventually replace this nor offering me a new set.
