A bit dry, bland, and not overly enjoyable to eat. But I find protein bars handy to take away on journeys, and having tried the Grenade brand, I thought I'd try this one. Each bar has 20g protein and between 220 - 250 calories. Taste wise, I wasn't impressed with any. I got the variety box. Even the blueberry, which had the odd berry in the bar, didn't really taste of much. On the plus side they're not overly crumbly, which is good for snacking in cars.
