I love this HP Chromebook! It’s stylish, sleek, speedy (even with me being on a WiFi router), I love the size cause it’s tiny, and lightweight. Quality is superb! HP has always had excellent computers, and I’m glad I have one now. I’m still trying to figure out how to do things on it, like download things, like the Indian Flute music that I love to fall asleep to, and still trying to figure out how to change my background picture, and other things. It’ll take some time, because the Asus I have is so simple to figure out. But, this laptop is top notch! You can even leave it overnight, occasionally, and it won’t ruin the battery. I done my research on that last night. I LOVE IT, and I am so happy I purchased it! I did figure out how to download free puzzles, because I love doing puzzles on my laptop, and this even has soothing music to it!

My first laptop , and proud to say I got my moneys worth , very long battery , I've gotten past 13 hours on battery life , really good for a work and school computer which is great for me since I'm always busy , so really says a lot and plus it's a hp which is a great brand , and I know my warranty is always hornered for a year , I type hard and sometimes slam the laptop down and its very strong and sturdy , doesn't overheat or get laggy during long uses even with 4k videos , type c charger is greatly fast and lengthy , some other reviews I've seen seem to bash this laptop but honestly if you take care of it and let it fully die and fully charge you should be good , I didn't want a high-end laptop but it sure does feel like I got one. For the model and price , I got what I expected and more.

I’ve had this for several months now. I got it to “replace” my MacBook Pro that needed a battery change that required hundreds of dollars and shipping it off to Apple and I just didn’t want to deal with all of that when a new laptop was just a click away at a similar price. So it’s not a fair comparison obviously, the display is not as crisp as I’m used to which honestly distracts from good focus sessions. I love that it charges with usb C like my MacBook and literally everything else I own so I always have a charger on hand for it. But one more usb c port would have been nice so I can charge it simultaneously while having my adapter plugged in. The touchpad is okay, you can light tap on it but I don’t like the deep press feel or sound, kinda clunky feeling and not smooth. Keyboard is okay not that typical “elevated” clicky typing experience I’m used to with my MacBook, kinda takes some pressure to click, they aren’t soft keys but they have a weighted sound. Everything is super slow to load, I don't know if it's the RAM or the wifi or what but this laptop is the slowest thing to run especially on the browser which lets be honest, it's a chromebook so everything is via browser. I can literally feel my life passing by as a wait for a page to load. Never have this issue with my phone, ipad or on my macbook which are all on the same wifi. Everything else is as expected for a Chromebook. I don’t save too much and if do, I save it in the cloud. Charges fast and holds a charge long when unplugged. No major problems. Good for travel since it super light. Just not an enjoyable use experience For the price at under $200 I would still probably get it again. I'm going to test out seeing if a wired connection with a dongle would help with speed.

Love the Google Chrome HP - i love HP products anyways and the Google Chrome is so easy and intuitive for me. Of course the added benefit is that the price is unbeatable and it's just so user friendly - everything I need on a laptop for my business is here - simply love it. Love the screen, the size, the weight, the look ...it is fast and can keep up with me ...that's all that matters at this point. I need a computer and system that doesn't slow me down.... lol

I bought this for my wife so that she could run programs and apps for her business. Nothing fancy, but something that will get her going with good tech for day to day functions. This machine is perfect for that. It is well constructed, has a good sized screen with a bright picture, and allows her to do everything she needs to.

This is perfect for someone needing a computer but not wanting to make a huge commitment cost wise or to pay for something they don’t know whether or not they even need.

Good laptop computer. I have used it many time while travelling to China and The Netherlands
