I’ve been taking it for less than a month and I’ve noticed a difference! I’ve started experiencing the effects of perimenopause and very worried of not feeling like myself for months. I’m usually a high-performer with good mental capacity but had started noticing a persistent fogginess, forgetting details, not even being able to speak properly for lacking the right words. I haven’t changed anything much in my routine but these, and noticed a difference within the first couple of weeks. My head is working! I can rely on my mental capacity once again!

I’ve tried these for a couple of months and then stopped for about three weeks because I ran out. Let me tell you I really felt it during this break. It helps with motivation, focus, mood and energy levels. I’ve purchased it again as it’s helping me deal with stress during a very challenging time in my life. It really works but you need to be consistent. I take it in the morning and even gave up coffee because I’m trying to get my cortisol levels down which this supplement is great for.

Easy to swallow and good value for money with the amount of Rhodiola in them. Maybe just me but these do help me focus more and I can tell a difference. Unsure on sleep quality though as I take magnesium which helps. No side effects that I am aware of and no bad after taste

Most have in your cabinet for a day when you need to stop and rest! Very good blend which helps to release tension in your mind and body, helping to feel a sleep. Highly recommend to everyone.

Giving a try for type 2

It's hard to tell with some supplements. I can't say that I've noticed a massive improvement with this product, but it may have to be in the system for a couple of months. Normally, I take both Ashwagandha and Rhodiola separately, and I think that is the way I'll probably go in the future. It's a well packaged product and it's one of those products that could be more beneficial than I'm noticing. I may return to it.

Over the years my sleep quality has gradually deteriorated to the point that; after a typical 7 hours broken sleep pattern, I kept waking up in the morning feeling as though I’d never slept at all. After a bit of research I landed on this product so see if it would help in any way. By way of personal background; I’m extremely tolerant to prescribed medication, so I must admit to Bering sceptical about the experience in general. However, I needn’t of been. I took the recommended dose night 1, and for the first time in years, had the deepest sleep. That said, I remained sleepy/ lethargic through to the day and found it hard to work. Second night I only took one, and this is where I’ve settled so far, not upping the dose. Thus far I’ve experienced an unbroken 7 hours solid sleep, and feel energised through the day. It’s early days still, but I feel this is going to help me get back in to a great nighttime sleep pattern. This has totally worked for me so far, and if it continues to, will be life changing.

With age (I am 85), I no longer fall asleep at once, sleep all night, and leap out of bed in the morning. However, I find that with this product I can once again fall asleep at once and fall back asleep after getting up for the bathroom, and if I don't leap out of bed in the morning, I do get enough sleep overnight to start the day happily. I've tried several sleep aids, and this is the one that works best for me.
