You will not spend the 96.96 and by sending me 50 dollars you will make me happy and by not buying the product you will save 46.96 and only be out the 50 to me for giving you such good advice--plus saving the 46.96 should make you happy. I have been taking it every morning and been on a low carb diet plus I go to the gym every other day. I rated it 3 because I once again learned the lesson that if it sounds to good to be true then............. So, 3 for the lesson plus it did not do anything bad to me and I still have at least a week's worth left and after I finish this can I may start eating dirt from the front yard. The best way for you to save 46.96 is to send me 50 dollars and instead of buying this product just go out every morning in your yard and get yourself a mouthful of dirt. I bought this supplement to help get my gut health into check and would recommend it to others who are looking to achieve the same. I have been taking the Prebiothrive for a week and have not experienced any issues or discomfort. It has not produced any laxative type concerns for me and/or any unexpected gas attacks on innocent bystanders. HELPFUL HINT: I let the mixture rest in my glass of water for about 5 minutes before stirring. Then I stir the mixture prior to taking each drink. I have found that is dissolves the product faster allowing the mixture to remove any clumps. **The consistency takes a little getting used to and it kinda tastes like a watered down porridge-type breakfast drink. A side note: I recommend reading Dr. Gundry’s book “The Plant Paradox” before taking any of his supplements to ensure they will be the best option for you. He recommends that you do not eat any Lectin containing veggies/fruits and/or any grains/wheat. This may be the reason that I have not experienced some of the issues noted in other consumer’s feedback. I also recommend you research the contents in every supplement you take to ensure you will not be affected by any of the side-effects they may cause. I am not a Dr. or a professional nutritionists, I am a consumer who likes to know what I am putting in my body. Ingredients: (definitions I found on the internet on a few different sites) Organic Acacia gum - Contains water-soluble dietary fibers (WSDF) that are not only good fiber for your diet but also helpful in keeping your cholesterol under control. Acacia fiber is thought to help lower cholesterol levels, keep blood sugar in check, protect against diabetes, and aid in the treatment of digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome. Organic Agave Insulin - Promotes digestive health by serving as a prebiotic that aids the good bacteria in our gut. Agave inulin also supports bone health by increasing the body's absorption of calcium and magnesium. Organic Flaxseed - Flaxseeds contain anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids (although not the same type that fish, such as salmon, do.) Benefits of flaxseed include helping improve digestion, skin, cardiovascular health, cholesterol and hormone balance while fighting cancer and even sugar cravings. Galacto-oligosaccharides - May provide unique or outsized benefits in cultivating healthy bowel flora, particularly bifidobacteria. GOS in an alternative among nutritional therapies for constipation is the use of prebiotics. (GOS should only be used if you are wheat/grain-free and do not have dysbiosis.) Guar Gum - Is a fiber that normalizes the moisture content of the stool, absorbing excess liquid in diarrhea, and softening the stool in constipation. It also might help decrease the amount of cholesterol and glucose that is absorbed in the stomach and intestines. And if you to buy all these supplements separately it would be a lot more expense.
