Simple Product that Provided Foot Relief
Have a growth on one foot and my podiatrist recommended these. They provided instant relief! I was happy to see they work well applied inside various shoes, as opposed to sticking them on the bottom of my foot and replacing them more often. They are reasonably priced, adhere well & last.

Works great! What a relief!
For me it did an incredible job of relieving the pain. It was painful to walk, and now I'm barely aware of pain in my foot when I walk. If you have pain in the ball of your foot, this could help (depending on your ailment). Placement is important -- just before the ball of the foot, not directly under the ball of the foot.

Works but expensive
These are by far better than the 3M versions. I wish they were less expensive. I’d recommend this product. Easy to use and comfortable. You could wear it for a few months if needed to before adding another one on the top. Sticking and fit is good.

Great for Mortons Neuroma pain
I can't live without these for my Mortons neuroma. I wear them all the time on that foot and they are comfortable (not too thick) and a great shape. As long as I wear my foot pad, the pain stays away!

Sticks Amazingly Well!
People who say it doesn’t stick, don’t stick with it. Day one, sticks. Day two, seems like it’s not sticky (ie take off do shower, look at it to put back on) But… if you push it in, put on a sock. It sticks. It just doesn’t SEEM sticky, but it is. You can literally reuse this thing for a week if you wanted to. I don’t think that’s sanitary, but you get the point. The felt gives more support than the foam ones. It was suggested by a doctor go metatarsalgia, which I got wearing 2 inserts instead of one, which crushed my metatarsals over 2 months of cycling. The initial symptoms are numbness so I didn’t feel it until PAIN. Anyways, it takes a while to heal, and so you’d need to get a number of these pads to last months. So multiple times wearing them is a plus on saving money. They do the job perfectly. If I had an insert that was soft, I could see putting this under the insert (putting it on may push off when you insert your foot, sticking it under is the same position as on your foot) and then you’d only really need one, as felt holds its shape well. Great product, made well, cut into a good shape, stick forever even though it seems it won’t, it does. Just trust it, put it back on, and let gravity make it stick right. There is some tenderness removing these daily to wash, but so far, no cumulative discomfort. No reaction to the sticky material. It does leave a little residue of sticky stuff on the perimeter you can easily rub off with a finger. Or scrub when you wash.

The support doesn't last
I like the idea of this pad sticking to your foot as it means it will stay put and it does. Removing the backing is not hard. Once you realize, if you pull on the felt just a little bit, you can gap it from the adhesive backing, there were a number of complaints about this. It it really does relieve the pressure on the metatarsal heads. The problem I had is that I work on my feet and then I typically walk another 5 mi on the treadmill each day. These pads really only hold up for about 4 to 5 hours before they really flatten out. By the time I'm only one third through my work day I don't have support left. I wear the commonly recommended running shoes that have a lot of padding and support so I'm not walking on a shoe that has a hard surface for the pad to press against. So this is the major disappointment with these pads, they just don't last even though they do work for a number of hours. I didn't have to worry about resticking or reapplying them the next day because they were too flat to use again, but garment glue would be helpful to restick them if you needed additional adhesive for a second day. So I ordered two other types of metatarsal pads with the hopes that one of those will last longer. Right now I'm having to put a foam wound pad over the top of the flattened metatarsal pad to get through the rest of my day without foot pain. Disappointed. Wish they worked for me, but they didn't.

They Work Fine
They’re fine for what they are. The adhesive is very sticky - they don’t move.

Best foot pads I have tried
I tried other foam pads for the numbness in my foot caused by Morton’s neuroma. Foam ones caused my feet to sweat. I liked these. They are thick felted material. They feel really comfortable due to the sliced cut. They are flexible and the adhesive kept them in place. I stuck them to the inside of my sock, under my toes, and was able to reuse them for several days in a row. I highly recommend them compared to other similar products I have tried.

Je ne vois pas d'adhésif. J'ai dû mettre du double-face.

They stick very well and are good size and thickness. I stick them under the insole of my shoes and they last very well.
