Does this support 1920 x 1080 at 144hz?

does this Cable support 240Hz? My monitor and pc are capable of it I just want to make sure it won't be a bottleneck.

Chances are, judging by its max supported specs, it can run 240hz at1080p and 1440p with ease but only 144hz at 2k and 60 at 4k
