These are small and easy to use and to swallow with no taste at all. The vitamin d levels can be adjusted by taking several pills. I take 3 of these a day to feel good and to meet my 3000 a day dose. They are effective in keeping my bones strong.

Fine product but delivered next door and was discovered 10 days later. Vitamin Ds gel caps now one big mass being exposed to over 100 degrees daily.
