I am using it for access to an eaves area where I have located/hidden my CCTV equipment, so it will rarely be accessed (hopefully!). Looks good and does the job. This was an unusual size too - I wanted the biggest access door that I could fit on that small walled area, and this was the most 'landscape' one I could find. It is a simple opening design, just using two little nibs that push into recesses, so I'm not sure how it would fare against more frequent use, but for somewhere that isn't accessed often it would be fine. To open it you have to either push the opposite side of the door so that it flexes slightly and allows you to pull it open, or use something to prise it open. There is no push mechanism or anything.
