They are not hard all over so you have to be careful about what you put around them.
The size is perfect for carrying with you to work and home. You can put way more in it than you might think. It is agreat way to keep all of the supplies you need together so you are organized. I wish there were more colors available but they are very attractive. I got one for me and one for my friends.

Nice product
Love the case, but concerned that it's fabric covered. Not very sanitary. I refuse to carry it into the hospital, which is what I wanted it for. So now it's car storage. ๐
