Love using this product. Very easy to use. I like to drink it with a cold bottle of water. Worth the money. For me works within minutes of drinking if I drink in morning or if I drink before bedtime works as soon as I wake up in the morning. 1 scoop is too strong for me and have me stonach aches. I use 1/2 of the scoop insteead and it is very effective. 1 scoop may be way too much if you typically pass soft stools. I would highly encourage to try it first when you know you will not be leaving home 😏. There was no weight loss for me, and that was never the intent when I purchased.
