Great Taste and Effective for Dry Eyes
This brand was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist. The liquid is so much easier to take than having to swallow horse size pills. Love the lemon lime taste, I mix a tsp in my juice and there is no after taste. I also love that I can buy one bottle at a time from here versus buying it direct from PRN where the only option to buy is a 3 month supply for approx $300.00. I have chronic dry eyes and this product does an amazing job of helping to keep it under control.

Good product
Great product. Flavoring isn’t too much, and helps cover any fish flavor. Wish it wasn’t so expensive

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE BEING TREATED FOR GERD
I ordered this product based on the recommendation of my Eye Doctor. I was instructed to take 1/2 teaspoon a day for 10 days. I took it 1 day, and my GERD which I have been treated for 25 years, and completely under control for the last 8, is completely out of control. I have the worst reflux 7 days later, that has my Gastroenterologist very concerned. I am back to eating a very limited diet again. Can hardly eat anything with fat content, such as salad dressing. My stomach feels like I have been kicked from the inside. I am continuing my GERD treatment, but often have to take multiple teaspoons of Gaviscon liquid a day. The stomach acid is reaching my sinuses which it has not done in 25 years. Do not use this product it is NOT safe. I also reviewed the DE3 omega pills, they are NOT BURPLESS as it states. I also tried one of them because it said BURPLESS, and it was like a volcano erupted. You don't burp fish, but you burp this toxic orange flavor, that will repeat for days. MyvHusband was also taking it. He does not have GERD. Within 2 days of taking the 1/2 tsp, his lower lip split from the acid coming up his throat while he slept. He stopped taking it as well. Don't but it, you most certainly will regret it.

I noticed a difference within a week
I noticed an improvement in my dry eyes within a week of using this product. Unfortunately I dropped the bottle on my bathroom floor and lost this liquid gold. The price does not allow me to purchase more at this time. My eyes are back to severe dryness after 3 weeks without this 😞

I’ll never buy anything else!
My review is based on 2 month supply liquid version. I take this for sever dry eye. I find across the board that eye doctors recommend this brand as the best on the market. Have have tried Nordic Naturals and found it fishy and another brand I tried gave me fishy burps. I was skeptical of this oil but it is wonderful! Absolutely NO fishy anything. In fact, it tastes very good. I add it to my morning smoothie and it gives it a subtle lime flavor. It also packs a punch! One teaspoon and I’ve hit my recommended dose for my condition. I was sick of trying to space out pills and food all day. I’m so pleased with this purchase!

Keep those eyes moist - no more dry eye!
Easier to take just a teaspoonful once a day of the liquid, and less expensive than the capsules! Fight that dry eye!

Recommended for dry eyes
I can't swallow large pills so I ordered this liquid on the recommendation of my doctor who treats me for dry eyes. The dosage says to take a teaspoon daily, which costs over $2 a day and gave me diarrhea. I ended up taking 1/2 teaspoon a day and am fine with that. I can't say how much this has helped my dry eye problem because I have been doing so many other things to try to help it, but overall my dry eyes are better and I am going to continue with my same routine rather than risk having my problem get out of control again.
