You can cut these. I used my small pruning shears. I did cut at the far end just to be sure I didn't cut awkwardly when it was time to cut the correct length. At first I had a hard time getting the seal on. Why? Because I wasn't thinking and was making it harder than it should have been. My shower is a step down, so I swung open the door and placed the seal under the door and shoved it up until it fit. It is a tight fit and you don't need any glue. Don't be frustrated because although you might think you did get the wrong size (make sure it is the size for your door), it will ease up and around the bottom of the door. I will say that I had the old piece as was able to cut it prior to installing. I did cut a tiny bit more and once the seal was in place took the shears and cut off the small piece that was overage. I have no idea why I waited to so long to replace the old seal because this was a fairly easy install and took almost no time at all. - and it works great.

Direct replacement for the original installed with my shower door. Make sure you order the correct glass thinkness. Fits a little tight compared to the old one I took off, but the old one has been off and on numerous times for cleaning over the years. I'm sure as it ages with cleanings it will be the same. My recommendation is to cut it to the exact size with a hack saw. Go slow and you will get a nice clean cut.

Works Perfectly. It arrived on time and was simple to install. The fit is snug, measuring and cutting was easy. All in all, it took maybe 15 minutes of total active work time. My bathroom floor hasn't stayed this dry in years. I measured the thickness of my shower door glass using a wood clamp. I tightened the clamp down to snug but removable and measured the gap: half an inch. This product arrived in days. It fit perfectly onto the bottom of my half inch clear glass shower doors. Cutting it was accomplished with a sharp knife. Tin snips distorted it. A small toothed saw might have worked, but once I sliced through the soft parts, it was easy to bend and break the hard bottom. Sliding it on was also easy, and the fit is snug enough that not only does it stay on with no adhesive, it is also water tight. I wish I had done this a year ago.

Good: Stays on the door ... Bad: the wipers are too hard. if the space between the door and the tiles is too small, you won't be able to use it.

The shower looks much better with new bottom seals. They were easy to install.

Basement shower door drip edge that it came with was not really doing a good enough job, this seal does exactly what we hoped it would do and now there is no more worry about water on the floor once the door is opened!

Edit. 2.5 yr later the strip underneath is coming off and I have no idea where the second one is to replace it. I would expect at least 5yr lifespan. Dont need a photo it looks like the seller's photo. Unlike many they are not penny pinching by giving you a measly 70cm. Plus you get two. I would say though it is hard to measure, glass thickness just with a ruler. I saw on some seller's page that you should squeeze two coins either side of glass and take photo end on w a ruler and use the coin edge to see the glass width. That is a useful tip. Just get it.
