Perfect little knife
This knife is wonderfully sharp and extremely useful for everything from removing potato eyes to making precise cuts of veggies.

I like the weight and construction. Materials are quality. My hand is a little large where this handle is a little smaller, so the grip is not ideal, but the product is still highly functional.

Being a fan of Babish I wanted to check out some products and my son had gifted me the Babish clef knife a few months ago and it immediately became my favorite kitchen knife the quality is amazing. I decided to return the favor I purchased 2 of the carving forks one for me and one to gift and let me tell you they are equally amazing. The difference when you go from just an average fork or knife to the Babish versions is the weight, quality you can feel the difference. I am not the chef at home my wife is but I am the carver for holiday meals so I am completely armed and ready to attack the bird with my official Babish fork! Just saw the Babish cookware set this morning on Amazon will have to see if Santa will hook me up!

I just ordered my second long fork in time for Thanskgiving. Babish has GREAT quality products. Nice heavy handles and high quality steel. No rust like so many others I have had - even when I left it soaking overnight. Highly recommend this product and really any Babish products.
