Small home/hobby welder Clarke Turbo 196 (180Amps)just moved on to Gas MiG from flux core so I cannot comment too much but im getting nice penetration and on all of the test welds I have done I cannot break them, I have been welding 6mm thick plate and I am able to weld 2 together at the butt with no bevel and still bend in a vice to as close to 180 as possible without a hydraulic press, and they still haven't even cracked, so I am pretty pleased with the product

Just buy the gas not the regulator pack
Bottles fine but the regulator is trash. Just buy the bottle on its own and a different m10 regulator with pressure meter

Actually no intention of using for MIG welding. I bought this for use in winemaking. Yes, winemaking. Argon is a completely inert gas that is odourless and tasteless. It displaces oxygen because it is heavier. At various stages during winemaking, and before bottling, the surface of the wine is exposed to the air. This can cause spoilage by wild yeast or bacterial activity. A quick squirt of Argon into the storage vessel/carboy/barrel ensures the surface of the wine is protected from contact with air and therefore spoilage.You can get small aerosol type containers that provide the same function, but they are expensive for what they are as they contain very little gas.

Waste of money, no use for tig.
Gas did not even last long enough to do a test weld. Seller wasn't any help and claims it should last up to 45mins, on tig 9l/min. Didn't even last 5mins. Waste of time and money. Don't buy it.
