Rhode Island Novelty 8.5 Inch Mini Pump Air Horn, One per Order

I bought this to get my teen daughter out of bed and it works! Loud and does not need any refills like air horns. One blast of this and she is annoyed but has learned to get up with less hassle because I will not stop until her feet are on the floor and bum off of the bed! Lol #momwin

I bought this to call kids indoors from playing outside. Doesn't work. I can feel the spring inside it but I'm assuming the diaphragm slipped and isn't able to push air. Waste of money.

This is a manually pumped air horn. The pump is similar to the little ones used to inflate basketballs or footballs. It is EXTREMELY loud and I would buy this over a canned air one any time I need an air horn. Far better than expected.

This thing squeaks like a dog toy! I bought it for my sister as a gag gift for her birthday. To help her summon help while she’s laid up from surgery. Luckily I sent bells too. Because this does NOT work! She tried everything!

After reading the reviews about how quiet the horn was, I was not sure about buying it. But figured for the price, why not? It turns out that it is surprisingly loud. Not as loud as the compressed air can style horns but will make your ears ring pretty good up close. I took two stars off since the plastic horn portion kept popping off and we had to epoxy it on and the pump handle came off after a few uses and the spring was lost. It still works fine, just no spring action.

I was hoping for single-handed operation, but this is not the case. It’s not so convenient for operation, but functions as described. Volume is good.

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the other reviews, as there always those who demand thirty dollar quality from a five dollar item. Yes, it is not built like a Sherman Tank, and thank goodness for that, but it sure does belt out quite a blast. One need only be a little conscious of it's weakest link, that being the joint between horn and can. I'm using it to scare coyotes when they get too close to me when I'm out in the desert stargazing. No, really. That's true. And it's already done the job twice. Nice, too, that it works on air.

Save your money, this isn't worth it. It doesn't sound anything like an airhorn, it sound more like an 18-wheeler's tires screeching and slamming on the brake. It is definitely loud though. Pay the few extra bucks for a good airhorn

Bad product. Does this annoying whistle that is as far from a horn as can be. Total trash.

It turns out this product produces no more than a loud high pitch squeal. It's not even worth pushing the plunger.
