What is the arch height?

Hello Abdul, the arch height on our PowerStep Pinnacle Low is has an arch height of 1.04 inches. Our Pinnacle Neutral arch height is 1.2 inches and Pinnacle High has an arch height of 1.32 inches. I hope this is helpful, thank you for shopping PowerStep!

Will these low arch insoles work in a wide (4E) shoe?

Hello K. Alan, Our Pinnacle Low are designed to fit regular width shoes. They may, depending on the style of your shoe fit, but I can not guarantee it. The toe area on our Pinnacle Low (Men's 10-10.5) is 3.85" compared to 4.30" on our Pinnacle Wide, which fit shoe widths 3E-6E. Our Pinnacle Wide are designed for neutral arches. Do these replace current insole, or do they go overtop of them?

I purchased the Powerstep Pinnacle Low because of my low arches. The insoles are comfortable and there is not nagging pressure on my arches unlike some other insoles. Recommended.

Didn’t realise that these came in different arch heights and I’d chosen the highest. I thought this might be a problem but soon got used to the extra support. Used them to do the West Highland Way a few weeks ago and my feet were nowhere near as tired and achy as they usually are with other insoles. Great result and will be getting some more.
