The product came packed very well, everything was inside, even a short booklet with the story of the company. Make sure to take off the film from the filter before use and read the manual, if it's your first such device. It's working very good - when needed to be silent - it's silent, when needed to be more efficient, it can work more noisy but filtering more air. Timer is useful as well, working perfectly. Done a good job as a fan also, not only as air purifier. Very satisfied, thank you for the chance to test such a good product.

The Medify Air MA40 air purifier was larger than i had expected but it is definitely worth investing in. It has 3 power settings and a sleep mode for a quieter use however if you are a very light sleeper it is still noisy, my husband can't sleep with it on so having a timer function is very useful as i can set it away to clean the air and have it turn off just before he goes to bed, you can hear the power of the fan and the different settings in the video. The touch controls are very sensitive and easy to use, having a child lock feature stops anyone messing with it or accidently changing settings but having to hold the button for 60 seconds to unlock this feature is a bit long in my opinion. My daughter has suffered noticeably less with her asthma and hay-fever since we started using this and in a smallish room as our dining room you can definitely tell the difference in air quality all most instantly from switching it on, it doubles up as a very strong cooling fan also which will be fantastic in the hotter months but can make a small room cold quite quickly so we will struggle in the winter with it. Though its quite large and i struggled to find somewhere to place it (the power wire is quite short) it is light enough to move easily to swap around in different rooms.

Excellent machine, clears the air quickly and provides a powerful stream of clean air .... however you will get 6 months optimum use with the filter. Once that's done the machine is rendered useless as replacement filters are hard to come by. Have ordered non genuine spares and they both cancelled the order. Really annoying and to be honest if you can't provide the through life consumables then you should not provide the machine. Poor ethics.

Love quality of item. Instructions a breeze but.., illumination showing air quality does not work - cannot get through to product support on neither chat nor call. Registered for lifetime guarantee and website said ‘join us and get first replacement filter half price with 10% off subsequent ones. No option to create a password - seems like Canada and USA only. Unit in sleep mode is LOUD! Decibels in product description are foreign to me.
