I am happy with my Apple TV remote control. It works just fine and I am pleased.😊

Put the battery in, pointed it at the Apple TV and it worked. Yes it’s just plastic but nothing more needed. No need to buy a more expensive remote than this one.

I guess you get what you pay for: It did not come with a battery installed but fortunately I had one. When I tried to use it, I had to leave the battery cover off and press firmly on the battery while using the remote, otherwise it did not work. It was cheap enough that I am not going to return, but I wanted to warn others.

These feel really cheap, but they do work (once you get a battery). Just be careful how the battery slides in between the two prongs. If you just need one I would get the real Apple one. If you live in a house where children place them in cereal bowls and dogs bury them in the yard, then a few of these for the same price sort of makes sense.

Unfortunately, my original order was never shipped days after the order even though I had a shipping number. Spoke to a manager and he resolved the problem. Shipped a 2nd remote and recieved it the next day. Good catch. As for the remote, it worked right out of the box. I was very happy to have a working remote for my older Apple TV. 3 days later, I received the 2nd remote. Since I had two Apple TV's with no remote, and was happy with this replacement product, I decided to keep the 2nd remote. My biggest disappointment was the fact that a shipping number was created and according to UPSP, they were never notified to pick up the item until I called to complain. Creating shipping numbers without an item being picked up is the main cause of this issue.

Ensure the model number if it matches then this remote will work perfectly.

Pésima calidad del producto, no solo es corriente sino que parece usado, pésimos acabados sin ninguna instrucción de uso. Es lo más parecido a haber comprado un producto de segunda mano en un tianguis o mercado de mercancía pirata. Además , lo más importante no funciona. Peor compra que alguna vez haya hecho
