Works great, great resolution, easy setup. Follow the directions, use the app. The app has terrible reviews, but I’m Guessing because people tried using it without actually having something the app was meant for. It connects through WiFi, as everything that shows good quality video does. Easy to set up on the app, had no trouble. Used it within 5 minutes of unboxing, and I didn’t have the app preinstalled. About this… I saw lumps of junk in my ears that looked massive… they were the size of like 3 grains of sand. So weird pulling it out of my ear expecting a massive chunk. I have big ear holes and don’t have trouble cleaning my ears without this, but I do miss some spots. I definitely recommend it you can’t get it all out

I always feel like my ears are clogged when they are not. So I got this to kind of reassure myself that no matter how much I try to clean them, the reality is just that my hearing is very poor. LOL! Anyways... This tool is pretty good for the money, I got it while it was on sale. The application to required use this device could be a little complicated if you don't understand technology well so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have basic knowledge of how to use WiFi and bluetooth. The camera does have a little bit of a lag to it, but that's okay, it may actually be an issue within the app. It does a pretty good job of scraping the ears without hurting them. The silicone sleeves are easy to put on, and ensure that you don't scratch yourself with the bare metal. The silicone sleeves are somewhat textured and effective at removing earwax. However, be careful, because it does get very hot since there's a bright flashlight at the end, I wouldn't suggest using for longer than 10 or so minutes. The battery does run out kind of fast, but it's worth it. The design of both the tool and the application is good, the tool fits well in the hand and the application does have a "mirroring" effect for right vs left ear. Very useful to ensure you don't have to try and move "backwards." Overall I would buy it again, I use it weekly.

Affordable, Serves the purpose beyond expectation, light weight/ slim design, safe to use straight out the box, please be careful while moving into the canal, easy to assemble, the package arrived without any damaged parts, camera quality is great as-well, great purchase for me.
