It gets daily usage, everything from just carrying my lunch box to and from work, my weekly shopping through to packing it with full of clothes when visiting family in different parts of the country, easier than trying to get a suitcase onto crowded trains.Very light weight, loads of room. My only criticism is the straps could do with some more padding on them, it can be a bit uncomfortable on the shoulders when its loaded up with some heavy shopping, this is why it gets a 4 instead of a 5. But, that aside, with all the years of use it's had, the only sign that I've had it for a while is some of the lettering from the printed "maxtop" logo has come away, it hasn't frayed or got holes in it and looks to have loads of life left in it.
