The arbor has to not protrude beyond the 1" width, in order to leave enough room on the outside of the shaft, for tightening hardware. Best contact Wen. **Q: The instructions say light bulb of 120 volts and no more than 50 watts but the light shade says 40 watts max. which is it?** A: I used an LED bulb in it and got all the light I needed. My bulb draws 20 watts. I'd go with the shade specs, just to be safe. **Q: What size is the shaft? I wanna put a wire wheel on one side. Is 3/4. Or 5/8?** A: I never had my wheels off but in description says 6”x 3/4” wheels with 1/2”arbors … hope that helps. **Q: Why is the 2016 model more expensive than the 2021? Is it better?** A: Dont order it . Its really sucks.
