I just power it up to check the dropout Input voltage with an HP multimeter on the voltage input and another one on the voltage output. With 12V in the output read 13.4 Vdc, even though I had the output voltage selector in the LO position which is supposed to hold at 12.5 Vdc. The output dropped out at 10.5 Vdc on the input and didn't recover until the input was 11 + Vdc. The stated specs were 10 to 16 Vdc for the input. I didn't bother to test the rest of the specs. This is a very expensive piece of junk in my opinon. I tried to call customer service but they're in Australia and I don't have an international calling plan.
