I have the Sig Kilo2200 which is great for ranging. I dont feel I need to link. Take the range, input it to Kestrel, and fire. The Kestrel will link with Kilo2400, but I have not used it. **Q: Will this connect with sig bdx scopes & laser range finders?ifyes, will data communicate directly to the sig scope w/data, dot be on target?** A: This will connect with Sig BDX rangefinders and show the elevation and windage solution in the view finder. It does not connect with the scopes however. **Q: Is it really convenient to have the Extra tripod and the vane when hunting long range?** A: I purchased the tripod and vane for target shooting 500 to 765 yards. I hand hold my meter exclusively at this point.
