Easy, no yucky taste
I hate powders that need to be mixed with liquid- these are the answer. Easily swallow 5 capsules daily, with plenty of water, no grit and next day results. Highly recommend.

Great Softening Maintainer - No Cramps
Works great as a steady use softener to eliminate/reduce constipation. Great to counter the effects of certain medications. But this is not intended for rapid relief. As such, you aren't likely to experience that sudden, drop everything charging bull run to the bathroom. I consider that a plus. Great for its intended use. Not for immediate relief.
