Will this work on the reddish patches on my rough wet room floor?

It works well on grout. As I have no idea what surface your wet room floor is I cannot advise. best to check on a small inconspicuous area first or on a spare tile if you have one. I really like this product - it keeps the grout very fresh looking and it has not affected the ceramic and glass tiles I have in my bathroom.
