Excellent/better form of Vitamin E

Very good product, absorbs well and is easy on the stomach. This is also very good for respiratory health and longevity. I feel it is best taken with food to get better absorption. A lot of people take vitamins on an empty stomach, this causes them to go through the system faster and can also cause discomfort. Adding food can help more than most know.

I think this is good quality. Have been using it for years on a doctor’s recommendation.
