Filters a lot of sand
I’ve been using this product for a while now, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. - Good Build Quality: The product is made with high-quality materials that give it a sturdy and reliable feel. - Long Life Compared to Alternatives: It outlasts many of its cheaper, often poorly constructed Chinese counterparts. Cons: One notable issue is that the filter can get stuck within the casing. This can be frustrating, especially when you need to replace it.

Impossible to open
I had high hopes for this product. I was excited to install and try it but unfortunately it is impossible to open the cartridge head! As instructed in the manual it came with, step 1 before installation is to open it and remove the packaging on the inner filter. But... It is sealed shut!! I tried everything and it won't budge. Maybe I have a defective pièce but either way I'm returning this product.

Easy to install, efficient
I liked the fast delivery, easy attachement, and the fact that the product is sturdy. I could feel the difference in washing my hair the first time I tried it. The hair is soft and not at all sticky/dry.

Worth it - but decreased shower pressure
Coming from New Zealand where we don't have hard water, my hair never felt clean and my skin was drying out. I purchased this and a new shower head (SKY-TOUCH Sky Touch High Pressure Filtered Shower Head For Hard Water And Filtering Impurity; https://www.amazon.ae/dp/B0971DX95W?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) and my hair is almost back to normal and my skin is back to normal again. Also bought a clarifying shampoo and conditioner which would have helped, but would recommend this product as a cheaper alternative to the likes of Jolie, Afina etc Main downside is shower pressure is affected, which is only really annoying when washing my hair, but nothing so drastic that I can't remove product efficiently.
