Once i started to read it, i could not put it down. I have had cellulite in my legs and butt since high school. I have never ever worried about my weight or what I eat. But, always had the cellulite. I had 2 children in my 20's and my stomach didn't take long to go back down to regular size. I never had cellulite in my belly. I had a serious illness 3 years ago and had an extremely distended stomach. I looked like I was 8 months pregnant. Now that my treatment is over and, I am all better, I no longer look pregnant but, now I have this belly that is hard, and bumpy. I got the book for the cellulite on my legs and butt. I thought my belly was just "fat" and "old" (I'm 49). After reading this book and looking at a few youtube videos, I am seriously hoping that my distended stomach damaged the fascia in my stomach and that crappy fascia is to blame. I look forward to blasting my fascia but not looking forward to the bruises. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after getting excited about the fascia blaster, I saw that it was $89. I'm sure it is well worth it, if it works but, would have like to have seen some alternative tool suggested in the book.
