Excellent lock - DO NOT USE SUPPLIED HARDWARE
5 star for the lock mechanism! DO NOT USE SUPPLIED HARDWARE, IT WILL SNAP. Get good hardware and it'll be huge protection.

The perfect lock for my door
This locking device is easy to install and provides additional security.

Feels like a cheaper knock off product
It’s cheaper, but it’s a knock off version of the one I had from Home Depot 10 years ago.The included screws are very weak. I predrilled into my wood frame to prevent cracking. One screw the head came off, the second broke and the third included screw head stripped. Very soft metal.I replaced those screws with some construction ones I had. Although the issue is resolved, I’m worried about the overall quality of the lock now from this experience.

This is the lock you didn't know you needed.
When I ordered this, I was on the fence on whether it would be something I really like. Well now that it's been installed, I can't imagine my door without one! I love it! Gives me a great layer of security.

Awful screws
These screws are cheap and unusable. I spent an hour trying to remove them from my door frame since they got stripped halfway through. Thankfully I had a dremel and could cut the screw. Otherwise the design is nice and looks nice.
