I have never tried the kale & pumpkin seeds flavor. However, the basic ingredients are probably the same as other flavors. I wish they weren't so hard to find in Maryland. I had several places I could go in Colorado. But we all know that Colorado is a foodie place and I don't think anyone could say that about Maryland-the land of fried carbs stuffed into more fried carbs. So glad I can get them online. Turned my sister onto them also. You do need to eat them soon-when they get stale, they get stale.
