Be patient and let it fully dry the full 24 hours before the next coat.
Product works exactly as advertised and fulfills all claims made. Super easy to use super effective for keeping the area is used from becoming damaged due to water leakage or seepage.

Thicker than maple syrup in January !
I'm sealing up the roof on our RV. This stuff is goes on thick. Should only need one coat. Make sure you use a cheapy one time use brush.

Good for large flat surfaces; not so good for smaller projects.
This is NOT for any kind of surface other than just a flat one. I use this to seal the edges of a wooden Catio, and it looks horrendous. Iโm sure that itโs pretty much waterproof, but the product is very rubbery and doesnโt cover 2 x 2 wood smoothly or attractively. I have yet to hang the cat outside (it turns out that my window frame isnโt suitable, so I have to provide additional support) but Iโm fairly certain that it will be waterproof.

we have a huge birdbath, all concrete and it started leaking, so i caulked the cracks, then covered the inside with this, now it will hold water easily, great value, fast delivery and like all the products, it works like they say!

Oil Based Paints and Sealers Will Not Adhere To It Properly
This product has one major drawback, oil based paints and sealers will not adhere to it properly. Can you imagine my shock when I tried to paint over it with KILZ SEALER, a high quality product that I have been using for many years now, and this is the first time the sealer would not stick to the wall surface. I have sealed my camper with it. Unfortunately I've had to re apply it each year but it's the best I've found so far
