I come back to this protein powder time and again. It works great, blends easily, tastes good, and is offered at a comparably great price. What made the difference for this one versus competitors was when it showed up in a local newspaper's independent testing of protein powders as among the least impure variants on the market - despite costing far less than many of the competitors that fared worse in testing.

I researched a lot of protein powder and went with the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is a personal trainer. When I researched the powders I found they were loaded down with sugar. Seems sugar is overloaded in nearly everything that is a packaged product. This powder contains less than half the sugar this I was finding. I am over 50 and work out daily with a good balance of cardio and weigh lifting. I am not striving to be a huge muscled up guy, just want to maintain good health with better than average strength and maintain a lean body. Since I cut more than 90% of meat from my diet I use this to replace the protein, as well as my actual diet. I seems to be working well for me and I have no complaints. The flavor is great and easy to palate when drinking unlike it was in years past. The flavor technology is so much better and does not have that bitter taste as in the past. I use the Cookies and Cream and it is not a bad taste at all. I mix it with cold water from the fridge in a plastic cup with a plastic heavy ball shaker to mix the dry powder. It have no clumps and it dissolves well in water. I tend to like my drinks more on the thick side, so I use less water to make it this way. In all it is a good product.

I recently made a decision to switch from a mass gainer to a protein that I have used In Afghaniatan while deployed as a soldier. Syntha 6 was always available and the taste is always be Tons my expectation. I tried the chocolate back in the day, and chose cookies and cream this time around. Without a doubt “mmmm mmm” good. I believe it is definitely good for both male and female and can benefit of the quality.. I mixed it with hot water and added to my favorite morning drink sometimes- I personally rated it 4 stars due to clumpy curds, however I chew them like marshmallows and brings a smile to my old soul- I hope to reach my goals and keep on doing my best to keep my hormones in check and not wreck weak mofo’s with big mouths - glory be to the most high!!

Easily the best tasting protein powder out there, dissolved better than most too. I think the recipe changed at some point because I swear it used to be even better, but its still better than the alternatives.

This protein powder is delicious.

The taste has just the right amount of sweet, but not too much sugar and is helped me gain muscle. This is my go to powder.

Watch out for expiry date.....
