Exactly what I needed for my home gym. Large poster size, laminated, and full of exercises for a home gym

The posters are nicely sized and laminated making them very durable. The posters are also double sided which is kind of nice. I stuck mine to my wall using rolled packaging tape and they’ve been holding up really well. They are so useful for the days you don’t really know what exercises to incorporate.

I purchased as a gift for my nephew for his birthday as he is learning weight training, and he loved them!

This set comes with 4 posters, and it’s the best price available on Amazon compared to other sellers. They’re pretty big and laminated perfectly. I didn’t know this at the time , but they also came double sided so you technically get 8 posters of all workouts. I hung them in my garage to easily pick workouts for a different body part each day. I don’t have dumbbells, but most of the dumbbell workouts can easily be substituted for a kettlebell.

They arrived as advertise. They’re laminated (which is a plus) and a nice size to hang on the walls. Highly recommend!

A bit expensive for what they are, but they have a large number of exercises to add diversity to your workout.

These are great quality and flattened out quickly with a heavy flat item placed on top. My only caution is that the double sided sticky things that come with it are VeRY sticky. I realized I should have measured, instead of just eyeball the placement. And then I tried to remove them (gently) I ripped a chunk of paint off the wall.

I bought a 4-pack for my home gym. I don't stick to a predetermined workout program, so I never know in advance what I'll do exactly. These help me tremendously find exercise ideas quickly, just by looking at the wall. Of course, there are tons of apps for this, but for this purpose, the good old way works better for me.
