unfortunately there's no definitive answer to the actual whereabouts Levi's imports their jeans. The cotton/fabric materials used are imported from various parts of the world for obvious manufacturing reasons.

does the material stretch a bit for a more comfortable fit ?

The material honestly seems more like a cheap handkerchief material. It may stretch, but I'd be more afraid of it ripping. How Levi could put their name to these is beyond me!
