I use tea for caffeine to get through my day and tea to calm down at night. I use field to cup, a monthly subscription for almost everything but keep cMt give this one up. I love love love the buds, flavor, smell and over all sleepiness I get from this. It's like wrapping up in your favorite blanket. I wish I would have read the reviews. I went back to Tealyra's chamomile tea, costs about $4-5 more than this one, but I get 4 or 5x the quantity. There's a wonderful citrusy aroma and contents appear/taste fresh. I hadn't realized how small of a portion 1oz of tea was, so definitely not worth $15. However, if price is not a factor, I definitely recommend the tea. I'm not a huge fan of turmeric flavor, but I understand the health benefits and prefer it be part of my diet. The turmeric is a very subtle flavor, while there is also a hint and fragrance of ginger... the bold flavor that stands out to me is mostly the citrus. A very good tea that is cost prohibitive and more special occasion.
