I got this to make yogurt and had no problems at all. I used capsules twice and both times it came out really good and the taste is really good too, not sour.

This probiotic from Dr. Merola worked really well. I had some stomach issues and I wanted a pill form of probiotic. I did take double the recommended amount the first three days to help it kick in and it did. I would recommend his products.

They work to get things moving.

I was taking this a bit over a year ago, no changes. Life interrupted I got off my yogurt kick. A bit over a year later I decided to use up the bottle, and my blood sugar dropped. I have no idea why I got a change now, but I did, and I'm so happy. I'm just checking to see how it does for yogurt tonight. I hope the yogurt comes out, because these are way to expensive.

I use these strictly too make yogurt. I would think swallowing one would be no different than vitamin capsule.

I’ve used this to make live probiotic yogurt in my yogurt maker and it taste great! And you know there definitely ARE live probiotics in this product because you wouldn’t be able to make yogurt with if they weren’t.🤓

I bought this because of the book "Super Gut." The author explains that this is the only source of this particular strain of probiotic in the US. As the book suggests, I used one of these to start a yogurt culture. It went ok, but then I let the yogurt go bad and needed to start over. It was only a couple of weeks later, but the powder in the capsules had become rock-hard. And I don't live in a humid climate. I broke up the brick of material that came out of the capsule and used it anyway. The yogurt came out super-runny and turned "off" after just a few days. I wrote the company, and their response was "Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the effectiveness of the product if it's used differently than directed, and we sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience. We’re here to help,...." Ha! Good one, Mercola Market. You lost my business forever. Most folks who just ingest these "as directed" are probably unaware that they are going bad.
