It appears to be 100% natural. I am very pleased with this product. My skin is very sensitive and I am able house this soap on my face with no break outs.

Does it help dark spots ?

Yes. I had a few spots from acne and they're gone.

how many timws a day do you use this soap on your face and can you use this soap every day on your body

I use it for face, morning and night, and for full body wash. It appears the soap is clearing my problem skin. I must caution though that this soap can cause irritation if the suds are left too long on the thin facial skin. This happened to me. I washed my face and allowed the suds to sit while I cleansed my body. My face burned and I ended up with dry patches for a couple of days. Shea butter with a few drops of frankencense cleared it up quickly though. Now I rinse my face immediately after cleansing and have not experienced any other problems.
