Disappointing Quality – Stale and Not Worth the Price
I had high hopes for the Gluten Free Palace Pretzels Gift Box, especially given the premium price point, but unfortunately, this purchase was a major letdown. The Issues: Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed the pretzels were stale and dry. The texture was completely off – they tasted flat and broke apart far too easily, crumbling in my hands rather than having that satisfying pretzel snap. Even the colors on the pretzels themselves appeared faded, which made me question how long they’d been sitting around before shipping. Not What I Expected: For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality. This felt like a product that had been on the shelf too long or wasn’t packaged properly to maintain freshness. As a gift box item, presentation and quality should be top priorities, and this missed the mark on both counts. My Recommendation: I’ll be sourcing my gluten-free pretzels locally next time, where I can check freshness dates and quality before purchasing. If you’re considering this product, I’d suggest looking for other options or buying from a local specialty store instead. The concept is great, but the execution needs serious improvement.

Delicious!
I never write reviews but these are great. Even if you don’t need to eat gluten free, these are delicious. Very crunchy too! I bought them as a treat for Christmas but can see me buying them for other occasions if they’re still available.
