delicious and cost-effective Norfolk bitter
Described as a 'delicious Norfolk bitter', and I definitely agree. Its character is practically indistinguishable from the draft experience - you don't get that fizzy carbonation like what you get from bottled beers, this keg gives you a very smooth creamy pint as if straight from the pub. The keg dispensing system is effective and works fine. First few pints are a bit lively but this is consistent with any home 5L keg. Taste is creamy, smooth, malty, soft. The strength at 4.5% is well balanced. For perfect temp I left outside for a number of hours so it was lovely and cool as if it came straight from a pub cellar. At this price it's very good value for money, it works out at around £2.64 per pint. Pubs these days can charge £7+.

Perfect for Parties!
Bought this keg for a birthday party and it was a total hit. The beer came fresh, cold, and carbonated just right. Used it with no issues. Flavour-wise, it was just what you'd expect from a quality draft. Way better than bottles or cans when you’re serving a group and honestly, it just feels more fun pulling a pint from a keg. For the convenience and the cost-per-pint, totally worth it. Would definately buy again!

Highly recommended
This is a lovely ale at a decent price. To get the best out of it, serve it at room temperature. Around 15.3°c is what I'd recommend. I've tried it chilled out of the fridge and it wasn't anywhere near as nice. At room temperature, you get all the malty flavour and mouthfeel. I bought the mini keg of this ale a few times now and I've always enjoyed it.

Don't waste your money
Substandard merchandise. 5L of woodfordes Nelson all over the kitchen floor. Faulty tabs and valves. Don't buy from this vendor. Dodgy AF. Had many in the past from other places never had an issue. Got this one cheaper than anywhere else. Now I know why. Christmas drinks ruined. Ta very much you Ferengi scrap merchant

Woodforde's Nelson's 5 Litre Mini Keg
Bought this for my dad on Father’s Day. He definitely enjoyed it! I tried a bit and definitely had great taste to it. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of buying this, to get it! I would recommend on watching a video on how to open the valve/cap, my dad, bless his heart, had struggles with it before with another keg, and on this one. It’s honestly user error.
