ESV Study Bible, Large Print (TruTone, Mahogany, Trellis Design, Indexed)

I really like this particular ESV Study Bible very much. It is thicker than the standard size print with a little over 3000 pages and a little heavier. I would highly recommend going with the large print over the standard size print. I like the helps in the ESV version Study Bible due to many scholars writing the helps instead of just one person. Not everyone will agree with every entry (including myself) in the helps, but I like them better overall. There are additional information pages included in this Bible that are quite useful to help with understanding. In this particular Bible, you have double column for scripture instead of single column like most of the ESV Study Bibles. I like double column, some may not. This is the Bible I now use daily as my main source. I do compare with other versions as necessary, NKJV, NIV, NASB, NLT, MacArthur. This particular Bible is my favorite for daily use! I'm not a Bible scholar or theologian. I'm not writing a review based on that. I find this version to be quite accurate while being very readable.

I just opened the box containing my new Bible. It's simply breathtaking! The large print is actually large enough for my failing eyes to read. One thing that often isn't mentioned is the font: In this Bible it's clear enough, and the ink is dark enough, to make reading easier. And the pages are just thick enough that bleed-through doesn't cause visual confusion. I look forward to discovering the many wonderful features of this Bible, and I happily recommend it.

Very pleased with the quality and size of the print is large which is what I needed. This is a great resource, print on the bottom commentairy is smaller but still large enough to read. Paper is thin but good quality. Looks real nice.

This Bible is such good quality and filled with tons of good study notes and charts for diving deeper in study. The paper is a slightly off white color which makes it really easy on the eyes especially in the larger font. I only wish it had more than one ribbon marker like some thicker bibles do.

Great bible, however DONT BUY FROM AMAZON. Clearly been opened and used, which was not disclosed. Was under the impression I was buying new but that wasn't the case. Wouldve been fine with me if this was disclosed beforehand rather than sold as new.
